Normally when you think of a geranium, it’s thought of as a colorful pink or dark red color flowers. But there are so many to choose from, including the beautiful white varieties.

Why Choose a White Geranium?

Geraniums are arguably one of the easiest plants to take care of. They will survive being watered a lot, or not very often. So it’s easy to take care of them.

They’re great as indoor or outdoor plants, so long as they don’t go through a frost. So you can choose whether to have it as an indoor plant or outdoor (just make sure to not bring bugs in if you move it inside).

This is a great choice if you’re looking for a plant for a medium sized container, this is the best type of geranium for you! It’ll work well in a hanging basket, inside, or outside in most climates.

Biokovo Geranium

While not strictly white, this Biokovo geranium is so light pink it’s almost white. What makes this one special are the small pink pistils in the flower. It’s a really pretty geranium that’s great for your garden or a pot.

If you let it grow in the garden, it’ll grow up to about 1 1/2 feet wide, making this a good filler plant. It’s fairly drought tolerant once it’s roots are formed, but if growing it in a pot, you’ll have to water it more often.

Ringo Geranium White

This is another great geranium that has a white flower option.

With this geranium variety, it can flower from early spring until late autumn. So you’ll be able to have these beautiful white flowers for almost 3 seasons!
